From Downtown Bakersfield

Head west on Truxtun Ave, turn left onto California Ave. We are approximately 1.5 miles south — about 5 minutes by car.

From Rosedale / NW Bakersfield

Take Rosedale Hwy east, turn right onto Coffee Rd, then left onto California Ave. We are on the right — approximately 10 minutes.

From Stockdale / SW Bakersfield

Head north on Gosford Rd, turn right onto California Ave. Continue east for approximately 2 miles — about 8 minutes from Stockdale.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications (including dosages), any relevant past medical records or lab results, and your completed new patient forms. Arriving 15 minutes early is appreciated.
Yes, we have ample free parking directly in front of our building at 4580 California Ave. Accessible parking spaces are available near the main entrance for patients with disabilities.
You can request your medical records by calling our office at (661) 846-4721 or submitting a written request in person. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. There may be a small administrative fee for copies.
Yes. We have bilingual staff fluent in Spanish on site. If you require interpreter services for another language, please let us know when booking your appointment and we will make the necessary arrangements.
